One of the favorite treats at a children’s celebration is a juice box. It’s amazing how excited kids can get with this portable drink container. Instead of serving your juice boxes as a simple cardboard container, consider dressing them up to match the theme of your invitation with juice box wrappers. This juice box wrappers tutorial was created to fit the standard skinny juice boxes such as Minute Maid juice. Many other juice box shapes exist, so if you decide to use a different shape, just make sure you get a design created for that boxes’ dimensions.
You Will Need:
8.5″ x 11″ White Copy Paper
Adobe Acrobat Reader (you can download your free copy here)
Double Sided Tape
Scissors or Paper Cutter
Paper Folder (Optional)
1. Print out your juice box design on 8.5″ x 11″ White Copy Paper.
Cut out your design using scissors or a paper cutter.
2. Attach the first end of the design to the front of the juice box. We recommend using narrow juice boxes – about 6 ounces – for this juice box wrapper designs.
Fold the design at the edges to fit around the juice box. When using lightweight paper, you should be able to fold by hand. If you do not think your lines are straight enough, use a paper folder to score the lines before folding.
3. Attach to the juice box along the side using double sided tape, Glue Dots or another adhesive. Press the edges to create a good seal.
Set your juice boxes on the Drinks Table or place one at each child’s place setting when the arrive. To fit the wrapper around snugly, remove the straw before attaching the wrapper on. You can attach the straw on the back on the juice box with a piece of decorative washi tape or glue dot. If you don’t want to attach them, unwrap the straw and place it in the juice box. (Just be sure not to squeeze!) Then your juice boxes are ready to go when little guests arrive.
