With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s time to start planning the table decor for the big feast.  Over the past few holidays, I’ve been using a traditional color palette of orange and brown.  Last year I added gold by spray painting the branches of our grateful tree centerpiece.  I loved how a little touch of gold can create such a pretty shimmer.

This year I wanted to add even more gold, so I created this glitter pumpkin place card to go in the center of each table setting. Combining my love of mini pumpkins and these pretty kraft Thankful tags from our shop, these gold glittered pumpkins are the perfect way to add a bit of sparkle to any Thanksgiving table.

You Will Need:

Mini pumpkin
Gold glitter
Modge Podge
Foam Brush
Painter’s tape
Thankful tags or other kraft paper tag
Chocolate brown baker’s twine

Add your pumpkin to the center of your table setting or by the plate. I can’t wait to see these glittered pumpkins on top of the white plates and gold chargers. It’s going to be so pretty!

Happy Celebrating,
